Do mustard greens grow in Louisiana? Yes, they do. They grow well in cool weather in the fall and winter. We’ve enjoyed these mustard greens from our garden.
Traditionally, mustard greens are boiled in a large about of water for a long time. I adapted this by using some broth for the cooking liquid, adding onions, potatoes and a sprinkling of red pepper flakes.. They turned out tender and flavorful.
